About Me

IN A NUTSHELL

I’m a Registered Psychologist in Calgary, AB. I aim to help you untangle emotional and psychological knots and enhance your ability to make profound shifts in your life. My approach is integrative and evidence-based. I integrate Buddhist psychology with contemporary psychotherapy, using a variety of cognitive, emotional, mindfulness and somatic practices. We explore what it means to be human-warts and all- and how to cultivate understanding, awareness, vitality, flexibility, and choice.

I understand that life is difficult. The struggle painful.

I believe that no matter how lost you are, a fuller, richer life is possible. I am here to provide support and guidance that helps you move beyond your struggle and towards freedom to feel fully alive.

I offer in-person sessions in my Calgary office, or on-line sessions for your convenience.
